In the article, the consequences of suicide and the need to fight against it, the importance of ensuring the personal safety of employees, protecting their family members, signs of suicidal and depressive states, the weight of suicide cases, international prevention experiences, comments about measures that should be taken to prevent and reduce suicide cases in our republic are expressed. Also, the author put forward his scientific and practical suggestions and comments on suicide cases.
