CLIMATE MIGRATION: TRENDS AND INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ASPECTS OF REGULATION

This article discusses the global problems of forced migration of people due to the effects of climate change or environmental disasters. The analysis of universal legal norms regulating key aspects of migration is given, including in the context of the absence of internationally recognized legal mechanisms for the protection of climate migrants. Possible solutions are recommended to strengthen adaptive, incentive and research measures to prevent and reduce the effects of climate change at the national level.
