PHONETIC-PHONOLOGICAL LEVEL AND ITS STUDY

Abstract

ABSTRACT

        This article provides information about the historical progress of the phonetics of the Uzbek language and its study by Uzbek scientists. In the second half of the XIX century, data on the emergence and development of phonology in World linguistics was given. The object of study of phonetics and Phonology, their differences are reflected in the approaches of world and Uzbek linguistic scientists. In this article, the author expressed his attitude to the study of phonetics and Phonology, their common and different sides.
