IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPTUAL-CONITIVE FRAMEWORK MUTTER/ONA IN GERMAN AND UZBEK PEVECHNIKS

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to analyze similar and different aspects of the concept Mutter/ona based on German and Uzbek proverbs. The author of the article points to the leading role of concepts in modern linguistics and substantiates the thesis that the concept sphere directly depends on the characteristics of the cultural and linguistic image of the people. The cultural and linguistic landscape of the world shows that the speech and mental activity of the people has national values characteristic of a certain period. Language becomes the main means of existence and the formation of knowledge about the world around us. It reflects the objective world for a given society during its life; people record the results of their knowledge in words. The article uses general research methods: system analysis, induction, deduction, abstraction, as well as special research methods: linguocultural analysis, contextual analysis of the ethnospecific concept “Mutter”, collection of information about the “concept” from lexicographic sources, synthesis and analysis.
