Abstract

ABSTRACT

Fairy tales, as a special main part of children's folklore, are a genre that occupies a special place in the structure of folk oral creativity.

This article is devoted to the study, collection and publication of fairy tales, which are considered the most ancient, diverse, comprehensive, an unique genre of the Kyrgyz folklore treasury. Since ancient times, the oral art of the Kyrgyzs, like other nations, has been a unique national heritage that has been passed from mouth to mouth, from generation to generation. Kyrgyz people have many fairy tales that encourage good qualities, honest work, justice, good behavior, and upbringing shows the main idea.

They were further developed and enriched by such highly talented as eloquent, witty, inspired poets, storytellers, singers.

The collection, study, classification and publication of Kyrgyz folk tales from the people began to be carried out consistently from the beginning of the 20th century. There are the works of Ch. Valikhanov, V. Radlov, K. Miftakov, T. Moldo, M. Musulmankulov, M. Bagdanova and others.
