Abstract

ABSTRACT

The article outlines the main directions of the management activities of the head of an educational institution, the principles of organizing school activities, and recommendations for organizing management in general secondary schools based on liberal principles. The current situation is analyzed, and recommendations are provided on granting teachers freedom, creating sufficient conditions for students to express their opinions freely, basing work with parents on the principle of freedom, listening to each individual's opinion, and establishing warm relationships. Conclusions and recommendations on transparency and openness in management are also presented.
