ABSRACT
This article will talk about the linguistic nature of the family concept, the basis of its formation as a concept. The linguistic, psychological, sociolinguistic, linguocultural characteristics of the family are explained on the basis of some examples and theories of scientists. The family is a bull of society. That is why it can be specific to any branch of life. The text of the article also describes the explanation, etymology, and lexical meaning of the term “family” in existence.
