COMPARATIVE STUDY OF UZBEK AND RUSSIAN PHRASEOLOGY
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The main element of any comparison is the determination of the same (integral) and specific (differential) properties of the phenomena being compared. The theory of identity and differences in language, formulated by Saussure, underlies a number of important methods of language analysis: oppositional method, field method, transformative method, componentional method. As a result of formal semantic comparison and comparison, members of language systems of any scale are distinguished, i.e. grammatical paradigms, antonymic pairs, etc. At the same time, a complete description of any particular linguistic phenomenon presupposes the identification of a set of different sides, forms, meanings and other differences in it, and on the other hand, the inclusion of this phenomenon in various generalizations based on any specifics. is formal, semantic, functional, etc. The article talks about comparative phraseology as a result of the above ideas.
