ABSTRACT

This article analyzes a specific portion of the lexical-phraseological structure of the "Orzigul" epic. These phraseological units are categorized into two groups: the first group comprises phraseological units that are still actively used in our language, while the second group consists of those with limited applicability.

The article delves into the semantic and stylistic features of expressions that are characteristic of the epic language. Furthermore, it elucidates the meanings of phraseological units that are unique to the works of the poet Islam.
