BASIS OF SOCIOLINGUISTIC RESEARCH OF SOCIO-POLITICAL LEXICON

Abstract

ABSTRACT

 The socio-political phenomena arising on the basis of a number of social demands in the process of globalization is one of the issues that should be given serious attention to the modern sociolinguistic direction. To the language, it has shown the need for sociolinguistic research in society as an example of the expansion of national languages. In this respect, the social differentiation of the language is the way of using the language according to the territorial affiliation of the members of the society, according to the profession, opportunity, and territorial origin of the social groups. In Uzbek linguistics, like world linguistics, great attention is paid to the study of political and social lexicon. One of the theoretical and practical problems of socio-political lexicon research is the sociolinguistic research of media language.  After all, finding a solution to linguistic problems of field terminology cannot be solved without referring to the tendency of formation and development of knowledge in this field. Of course, such research requires a sociolinguistic approach.
