Abstract

 ABSTRACT

The article examines language and speech system, which are considered problematic and controversial issues in linguistics of the twentieth century: some considerations about paradigmatics, syntagmatics and hierarchy, as well as their scientific study and description. In linguistics, the works, researches and their important results related to the concept of the system of language and speech: paradigmatics, syntagmatics, hierarchy, as well as its components and descriptions are noted. The author responded to these opinions and comments from his point of view and came to the corresponding conclusions.
