ПРАВОВЫЕ ОСНОВЫ АРХИВНОГО ДЕЛА В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ УЗБЕКИСТАН

В статье освещается процесс формирования правовых основ архивного дела в Узбекистане в годы независимости. В ходе анализа принятых в этой сфере законов и постановлений раскрывается основные вехи зарождения и совершенствования архивного законодательства в республике. Раскрываются факторы, обусловившие принятие новых нормативных документов по архивному делу. Подчеркивается, что создание в Республике Узбекистан правового поля оказало плодотворное влияние на практическую деятельность архивов.
