Abstract

Mastocytosis is a group of rare diseases caused by the proliferation of mast cells in various organs and tissues. The article presents data on the prevalence, clinical manifestations and treatment of mastocytosis, as well as own clinical observations. The presented clinical case contains the features of the course of this disease in a child of the first year of life. The onset of the disease in early childhood (2.5 months) led to the complexity of the diagnosis of this process. The presented clinical observation reflects the relevance of the problem in medical practice. Timely diagnosis of this disease improves the prognosis and contributes to improving the quality of life of the child.
