BOLALARDAGI LYAMBLIOZNING BA'ZI KLINIK KO'RINISHLARI

Tekshirilgan bemorlar orasida lyambliozning quyidagi klinik belgilarining variantlari ajratilgan: yashirin, subklinik va klinik shakllari. Yashirin shaklda bolalar shikoyat qilishmagan, sistalarning ajralishi o’rta hisobda ko’ruv maydonida 0,6 sistadan iborat bo’lgan. Subklinik va klinik shakllarda qorin sohasida ogriq, dispepsiya sindromi kuzatilgan. Subklinik shaklda sistalarning ajralishi ko’ruv maydonida 1,5 ta sista aniqlangan. Lyambliozning klinik shaklida klinik belgilar yorqin kechgan, sistalarning ajralishi o’rta hisobda ko’ruv maydonida 2,5 ta sista topilgan. Yashirin, subklinik va klinik shakllarini ajratgan holda lyamliozga qarshi parhez va medikamentoz terapiya tayinlangan.
