MECHANISMS OF DEVELOPMENT AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COURSE OF CHRONIC GASTRITIS IN CHILDREN

This article analyzes the mechanisms of development and the clinical course characteristics of chronic gastritis in children. The main etiological factors of the chronic inflammatory process in the gastric mucosa are discussed, including Helicobacter pylori infection, immunological disorders, hereditary predisposition, and the influence of environmental factors. In addition, the clinical manifestations of chronic gastritis in children, features of its latent course, and morphological changes are described. Based on a review of the literature, special attention is given to the long-term course of the disease and its possible complications. The importance of timely diagnosis and a comprehensive approach to management is emphasized.
