THE CAUSES OF EARLY CLINICAL SIGNS OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS IN EARLY-AGE CHILDREN
Keywords:
atopic dermatitis, children, history, feedingAbstract
The article examined 50 young children with clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis at the stage of exacerbation. It has been established that early onset of atopic dermatitis is a prognostic criterion for the severity of the disease. Hereditary predisposition (mainly from the mother's side) is a reliable endogenous factor in the development of atopic dermatitis. The main factor in the development and progression of atopic dermatitis in children is the violation of a hypoallergenic diet by the breastfeeding mother. The severity of the disease is associated with gastrointestinal tract involvement, which explains the need for comprehensive treatment of this pathology.
