So'nggi paytlarda kadrlar boshqaruvining bir qismi sifatida kadrlarni o'qitish va tayyorlashning ahamiyati sezilarli darajada oshdi. Ko'pgina korxonalar kadrlarni o'qitish va tayyorlash tizimini takomillashtirish juda ham muhim ekanligini yaxshi tushunishadi. Ammo, o'qitish va taraqqiyotning ta'siri Markaziy Osiyo mamlakatlarida deyarli sezilmaydi.

O'zbekistondagi ko'plab korxonalar o'qitish va kadrlarni tayyorlash mashg'ulotlari davomida ishchilarning texnik mahoratiga ko’proq e'tibor berishadi va shaxsiy ko'nikmalarning ahamiyatini inkor etishadi. Ushbu maqola bank nazoratchilari va ishchilari shaxsiy ko'nikmalarining ahamiyatini oshirishga yo’naltirilgan va muloqot qobiliyatlari, hissiy intelekt, vaqtni boshqarish va jamoaviy ishlash kabi shaxsiy ko'nikmalarni o’z ichiga oladi.

Ushbu tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi O'zbekiston banklarida ishtirok etadigan o'quv kurslarida zarur bo'lgan o'zgarishlar va yangiliklarni aniqlashdir. Maqola nafaqat kurslarga yangiliklarni taklif qilgani uchun, balki kadrlar bo’limlari va tinglovchilar uchun kadrlarning qaysi ko'nikmalariga e'tibor qaratish kerakligini tushunish uchun foydali bo'ladi. Tadqiqotning qo’shimcha maqsadlari quyidagilarni o'z ichiga oladi:

  1. Banklarda o’quv kurslariga o’zgartirish kiritishning muhimligi
  2. Shaxsiy va texnik ko'nikmalar o'rtasidagi farqni o'rganish
  3. Bank menejerlariga o'quv kurslarini qayta ko’rib chiqish bo'yicha tavsiyalar berish
