Abstract

The article focuses on what the Renaissance is, to which period the first Renaissance falls, and to which period the second Renaissance falls. Then, the level of economic reforms after the independence of our country, the stages of economic development, the basis for building the foundation of the Third Renaissance through economic development, as well as proposals and recommendations were developed.
