CONDITIONS AND FACTORS OF DUTCH DISEASE MANIFESTATION IN THE ECONOMY

The article examines the genesis of the theory of “Dutch disease”. The causes of the occurrence and systematization of the main symptoms of the “Dutch disease” are investigated. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of the presence of the “Dutch disease” in the national economy. It is proved that the “Dutch disease of deindustrialization” is not always associated with the extraction and export of natural resources.
