IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF LAND USE IN COTTON-TEXTILE CLUSTERS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

This article shows that in the digital economy, it is a multi-stage complex system enterprise in the process, starting from plowing the land in agricultural clusters and ending with planting, care and production of finished products from raw materials. This is why it is now recognized that clusters are becoming the powerhouse of the arpap industry.

At the same time, opinions were expressed that the republic has created ample opportunities for the development of free economic zones and industrial clusters for cotton processing in the regions specializing in cotton production.

The purpose of the study. In this regard, the main issue is the need to improve the quality and competitiveness of products through the effective use of processing capacities in specialized regions of the republic, increase foreign exchange earnings to the country due to export orientation, create new jobs and increase the income of the population. At the same time, make proposals for the practical application of the development of free economic zones and industrial clusters for cotton processing in the regions specializing in cotton production in the republic.

Scientific novelty of the study:

1. the absence of a single regulatory legal act regulating the industry is studied, the legal status of clusters is not provided for by regulatory legal acts;
2. The lack of uniform and transparent mechanisms for the organization of clusters, criteria for their selection, as well as the allocation of land plots to them is analyzed;
