Abstract

The article analyzes the classification of venture funds and the mechanisms for their implementation in private universities. Venture funds are investment structures focused on financing high-tech startups, which are an important component of the innovative economy. In the study, venture funds are classified according to various criteria, including stage of financing (pre-seed, seed, early stage, growth stage), organizational form (private, public, corporate, mixed), and level of specialization (IT, biotechnology, alternative energy, etc.). The results of the study show that the integration of venture funds into the university environment contributes to the development of an innovative ecosystem, the implementation of business ideas of students and researchers, and the innovative transformation of the national economy.
