Abstract

This article aims to investigate the potential benefits and opportunities that arise from the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the development of tourism and aviation sectors in New Uzbekistan. With advancements in digital technologies, the tourism industry has undergone significant transformations globally. This study focuses on identifying specific areas within tourism and aviation where ICT can be effectively utilized to enhance operational efficiency, improve passenger experience, and contribute to the overall growth of the tourism sector in Uzbekistan. The research explores case studies and examples from other countries that have successfully implemented digital technologies in their tourism and aviation industries. Furthermore, it analyzes the current state of ICT infrastructure in Uzbekistan and proposes strategies for leveraging these technologies to propel the country's tourism sector forward. The findings of this study provide valuable insights and recommendations for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and tourism professionals in Uzbekistan.
