ВОПРОСЫ ВЗАИМОСВЯЗИ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО БЮДЖЕТА И ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО РОСТА В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается взаимодействие ВВП страны с государственным бюджетом в краткосрочной и долгосрочной перспективе, влияние макро фискального механизма на экономический рост страны на примере Узбекистана.

Целью исследования является выявление динамических корреляций между расходами государственного бюджета страны и экономическим ростом макро фискального механизма в краткосрочной и долгосрочной перспективе, а также анализ приближения или скорости возврата ВВП и государственного бюджета к равновесию во время различных макроэкономических шоков. и колебания.

Научная новизна исследования является:

- На уровне национальной экономики эмпирические исследования экономического роста и государственного бюджета оценивались в единой группировке, взаимосвязи воздействия на ВВП.

- Проведена оценка взаимосвязи между экономическим ростом и расходами государственного бюджета и периодичностью ребалансировки в результате различных макроэкономических шоков и колебаний.

- Проанализировано взаимодействие ВВП и расходов государственного бюджета в краткосрочной и долгосрочной перспективе.

- полностью подтверждает, что закон А. Вагнера и гипотеза Дж.М.Кейнса применимы к Узбекистану.
