Dolzarbligi. 2-tur qandli diabet (QD 2) va bemorlarning nogironligi va erta o'lishiga olib kelishi mumkin, sog'liqni saqlash tizimlari uchun katta xarajatlarni keltirib chiqaradi va shu bilan dunyoning ko'p mamlakatlariga sog'liqni saqlashning katta muammosi keltirib chiqaradi.

Maqsad. Xorazm viloyatidagi guruhlarni o'rganish natijalariga asoslanib, QD 2 ning xavf omillarini aniqlash.

Material va uslublar. Xorazm endokrinologik dispanseri asosida 2327 nafar ishtirokchi kiritilgan. Qandli diabetning haqiqiy xavfi, diabetning (GDRlar) tomonidan 1 yillik diabetning 5 yillik ehtimolligini baholaydigan diabet xavf shkalasi bilan belgilandi

Natijalar. So'rov natijalariga ko'ra, 2327 ishtirokchi orasida kundalik diabetning keyingi 5 yil davomida real xavfi 59,5%, o'rtacha 16,4% va yuqori darajada o'sdi.

Xulosa. 1. Hozirgi ma'lumotlar ko'pchilikning kattalardagi xavflarni baholashdan foydalangan holda, diabetning katta yoshdagi kattalar aholisi orasida diabet xavfini past his qiladi, hatto diabetning katta qismini xavfni baholash xavfi yuqori. 2. Aholi orasida diabet xavfi to'g'risidagi e'tiqodlarni yanada oshirish va nazorat qilish zarurati isbotlangan.
