ОЦЕНКА ГОРМОНАЛЬНЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ ПРИ СИНДРОМЕ ПУСТОГО ТУРЕЦКОГО СЕДЛА

Bo’sh turk egari sindromi – neyroradiologik yoki patologik topilma bo’lib, subaraxnoidal bo’shliqning egar ichidagi intrasellar churrasi hisoblanadi, natijada gipofiz o’lchami kichrayadi. Birlamchi bo’sh turk egari sindromi tarqalishi 2% dan 20% gacha o’zgarib turadi. Bo’sh turk egari sindromi neyroendokrinologiyaning to’liq o’rganilmagan muammolaridan biridir. Visual, nevrologik va endokrin buzilishlar ushbu sindrom bilan bog’liq bo’lishi mumkin. Bo’sh turk egari sindromi bilan og’rigan bemorlarning ko’pchiligi semizlik, arterial gipertenziya, bosh og’rig’i va ko’rish buzilishidan aziyat chekkan ayollardir. Bo’sh turk egari sindromi klinik ko’rinishlarining ham, gormonal o’zgarishlarning ham geterogenligi bilan tavsiflanadi, va ba’zan ko’rishning keskin pasayishi, likvoreya va papilledema kabi og’ir asoratlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Bo’sh turk egari bilan og’rigan bemorlarni to’g’ri tashhislash, davolash va kuzatish uchun endokrinologlar, nevrologlar va oftalmologlarning integratsiyasi bilan multidistiplinar yondashuv tavsiya etiladi.
