Tadqiqotning maqsadi - yurakning ultratovushli dogplerografiyasi natijalarini, yostiq yurak kasalligi bilan bog'liq diabetik tupiq sindromi (DTS) bo'lgan neyretik oyoq sindromi bo'lgan bemorlarda.
Material va tadqiqot usullari. 2021-2022 yillarda 2021-2022 yillarda biz nevrohemik shaklda bo'lgan 70 nafar bemorlar tomonidan tekshirilgan. Bemorlar 4 guruhga tarqatildi:
1 g - 2 turdagi diabet va YIK - 21 ta bemorlarning diabet va neyroishemik shakli bo'lgan bemorlar,
2-guruh - yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK)bo'lmagan diabet va neyryichemik shakli bo'lgan bemorlar - 18 ta bemorlar,
2 tipidagi diabet va neyryichemik shakli bo'lgan 3-guruh, YIK va discirkulator ensefalopatiya 2-3 osh qoshiq ensefalopatiyasi 2-3 osh qoshiq ensefalopatiya.
4-guruh - uglevod metabolizmini buzmasdan - 15 bemor.
Sog'lom ko'ngillilar (n = 20) boshqaruv guruhini tuzdilar.
4-guruhning barcha bemorlari asosiy guruhni tashkil etishdi. Ularning barchasi umumiy klinik, biokimyoviy (glycemia, glyoglej, galirubin, biiqyubin, karbamid, karbamid, karbamid, karbamid), gormonal (IRI, C-Spepide va boshqalar) va tadqiqot - tadqiqot - tadqiqot - tadqiqotning dopplerografiyografiyasini aks ettirgan Miyaning tomirlari, pastki oyoq tomlari, kichik oyoq-qo'llar, ekz, echo-ekg, yarasidan ajratilgan va statistik usullar.
Natijalar. KDO LV KDOG DTS va YIK (107.1 ± 5.221 *) bilan og'rigan bemorlarda boshqaruv guruhiga qaraganda ancha past bo'lgan (120,5 ± 2,57ml; p <0.05). Bemorlarda LV ning o'rtacha TIMI Groccontrol-ga qaraganda ancha past (52,5 ± 1.33 mln. P <0.05) ga qaraganda ancha past (34.04 ± 2.61 *). KDO va CSSE LV tomonidan ishlab chiqarilgan, SDS va IBS bilan og'rigan bemorlarda boshqaruv guruhi (p <0.05) ma'lumotlariga nisbatan statistik jihatdan muhim farqlarga ega bo'ldi.
Xulosa. 1. Xemodinamikaning ekmosanamikadagi o'zgarishlar surunkali yurak etishmovchiligi klinikasi paydo bo'lishidan oldin kuzatiladi. 2. EchcoCG o'zgarishi 1-guruhning 1 tipidagi DTS va YIKning 2 turi va neyreymic shakli bo'lgan bemorlarda talaffuz qilinadi.
