      Dolzarbligi. Qalqonsimon bez saratonining "ortiqcha diagnostikasi" ning "global epidemiyasi" ga aralashuvni kamaytirish uchun TIRADS kabi ultratovushga asoslangan qalqonsimon nodullar xavfini tabaqalash joriy etildi.

      Tadqiqot muammosini ochish metodologiyasi. Biz qalqonsimon bez nodullari bo'lgan 157 bemorni retrospektiv tahlil qildik. 157 nafar bemorning 91 nafari erkak va 66 nafari ayol bo'lgan.Bemorlar tugunlarning kattaligi va soniga qarab 4 guruhga bo'lingan.

      Tadqiqot natijalari. . 1. 157 bemor orasida qalqonsimon bezning 269 ta tugunlari, 256 tasi yaxshi va 13 tasi xatarli tugunlari aniqlandi. 2. ACR-TIRADS bo'yicha qalqonsimon bez nodulining xavfli stratifikatsiyasi TAB ko'rsatkichlarini aniqlashning ishonchli usuli hisoblanadi.
