##article.abstract##

Ortiqcha vazn yoki semirish holatidagi insonlarning tana tarkibi (TT) o'zgarishlari yetarlicha o'rganilmagan. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi ushbu populyatsiyada TT ko’rsatkichlarining yosh va jinsga qarab qanday farq qilishini aniqlash edi. Material va metodlar. Tadqiqotda 25 kg/m² yoki undan yuqori tana vazni indeksiga (TVI) ega bo'lgan 106 ta  erkaklar va ayollar, ikki energiyali rentgen absorbsiometriyasi   (DXA) yordamida TT baholashidan o'tgan. Ishtirokchilar, tana og'irligi va TVI nazorat qilingan holda,  uchta yosh guruhiga bo'lingan:  ‘'yoshlar” (20-39 yosh), “o'rta yosh” (40-59 yosh) va “qariyalar” (60-80 yosh). Natijalar erkaklarning umumiy tana yog'i foizi (BF%) yuqori va umumiy mushak massasi (LM) pastroq ekanligini ko'rsatdi, bu farqlar yosh guruhidan qariyalarga o'tgan sari yaqqolroq bo'ldi. Aksincha, ayollarda ushbu o'lchovlar yosh guruhlari bo'yicha barqaror bo'lib qoldi. Biroq, o'rta yosh va qariyalar guruhidagi har ikkala jins vakillarida yosh guruhiga nisbatan sezilarli darajada yuqori tana yog'i foizi (+1,23% dan +4,21% gacha) va pastroq qo'l-musak massasi (ALM) (-0,81 kg dan -2,63 kg gacha) kuzatildi, bu esa markaziy semizlik va sarkopeniyaning ortganligini ko'rsatadi. Xulosa. Ushbu topilmalar faqat TVI asosida yoshga qarab tana tarkibidagi farqlarni aniqlashning cheklovlarini ta'kidlaydi va bu o'zgarishlarni baholash uchun yanada samaraliroq vositalarni ishlab chiqish zarurligini ko'rsatadi. Shuningdek, yosh va jins bo'yicha TT natijalaridagi bu farqlar sog'liq holatiga qanday ta'sir ko'rsatishini tushunish uchun qo'shimcha tadqiqotlar o'tkazish zarur.
