A CLINICAL CASE OF SHERESHEVSKY-TURNER SYNDROME
Abstract
It is important to note that 5% of the total number of patients with Turner syndrome have mosaicism in the presence of the Y chromosome (45,X/46,XY) or translocation of a section of the Y chromosome (SRY or DYS14 gene) to the X chromosome or autosome. This article describes a clinical case of this cytogenetic variant of Shereshevsky Turner syndrome.
