Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the clinical, biochemical and hormonal characteristics of patients with   of Charcot foot.

Material and research methods. The object of the study was 200 patients with DM 2 with an osteoarthropatic form of diabetic foot syndrome, treated in the department of foot complications of diabetes of the RSSPMC of Endocrinology named byAcademician Turakulov Yo.Kh. from 2019 to 2022. The control group was compiled by persons with type 2 diabetes without SDS and without a Charcot of the corresponding age (20 people).

Patients were distributed to 4 groups: 1 group - patients with an acute stage of the Charcot foot at a 2 -type diagram - 50 patients, 2 groups - patients with a subacute stage of the Charcot foot - 50 patients, 3 groups - patients with a chronic stage of Charcot foot, 4, 4 group - patients with the stage of complications of the Charcot foot - 50 patients.

Results. There were reliable violations of carbohydrate metabolism in all groups, which shows the state of decompensation in these patients. 34 (50.7%) patients with diabetic ulcers had a severe deficiency of 25-hydroxivitamin D 3 with levels below 10 ng/ml.

Only in 13% of patients, the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D 3 exceeded 20 ng/ml. In addition, secondary hyperparathyroidism was found in 26 % of patients (in 3 and 4 groups of patients), and in 12.5 % of patients hypocalcemia was detected.

Conclusions. 1). Patients with diabetic foot syndrome, complicated by the foot of Charcot, are at high risk of deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and calcium. 2) secondary hyperparathyroidism was found in 26% of patients (in 3 and 4 groups of patients)
