This article is devoted to concepts, etiopathogenesis, types of clinical course, modern diagnosis and treatment of reflux-esophagitis, which is one of the main problems of modern medicine and surgery. These diseases occur in more than 35-40% of the world's population. The article presents modern surgical, endoscopic and therapeutic methods of treatment of diseases.
