In December 2019, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus infection, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), was first detected in Wuhan, China, which quickly escalated to the level of a pandemic. fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue) as well as non-specific symptoms such as acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, development of septic shock, coagulation disorders and macrothrombosis and thromboembolism passed with complications. Infectious diseases are severe in patients with cardiovascular diseases. As a result of the viral pneumonia associated with Covid-19, the disruption of the exchange of modes can cause metabolic changes in the myocardial chambers as a result of the increase in the oxygen demand of the myocardium. These biological changes, which are directly related to Covid-19, cause the development of IUD and its complications. CKD is the leading cause of death worldwide. There are a number of mechanisms in the pathogenesis of CHD, including increased blood clotting time, systemic inflammation, increased atherosclerosis, endothelial dysfunction, and myocardial metabolic changes. became more relevant in connection with the High activity of pro-inflammatory cytokines, destabilization of atherosclerotic plaques and increased blood coagulation observed during coronavirus infection led to increased thrombotic and thromboembolic complications even in patients without previous cardiovascular pathology. Among patients infected with COVID-19, another important problem is the increase in the amount of troponin in the blood, which can cause MI due to the occurrence of ischemic necrosis of the myocardium by damaging the cardiac cardiomyocytes, or hypoxia due to the oxygen demand of the myocardium and impaired blood circulation in the heart for other reasons. Hypotension, tachyarrhythmia, IUI, MI may occur. In addition, myocarditis resulting from other, non-ischemic causes of myocardial injury has been identified among those infected with COVID-19.
