The article presents the experience of introducing the combined use of low-intensity laser radiation and an improved model of a cardiodilator in patients with achalasia cardia. The authors analyzed unsatisfactory results in patients with advanced stages, as well as a structural analysis of their causes. Depending on the new technologies used and our own developments, the clinical material was divided into two groups. In the comparison group, only pneumatic cardiodilation was used, and in the main group, laser therapy and an improved model of cardiodilator were used. The authors analyzed the immediate results of a combination of two methods. At the same time, thanks to the introduction of new technologies and in-house developments in the core group, it was possible to reduce the number of unsatisfactory results
