TACTICS OF TREATMENT OF ACUTE COMMERCIAL INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION

The study aims to determine the best surgical method for the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction and prevention of adhesive. Sick. Surveyed 76 patients with acute adhesive intestinal neprohodimotyu. Sick divided into two guppies. The first group of patients operated on a conventional method of surgical treatment and prevention of adhesive sick. The second group of patients who underwent surgery, and prevention of adhesive produced sick special mixture which is composed of mezagel. Vse indication to operate patients; adhesiolysis made: % of patients,20% intestinal resevtion, ileostomy was formed in 17% (v two) patients eyunostomy.In the second group of patients with less than half marked after operating complication than the first group of patients.
