CLINICAL FEATURES OF HERNIOPLASTY AND ABDOMINOPLASTY WITH COMPLICATED ABDOMINOPTOSIS IN VENTAL HERNIAS

Summary: Results of examination and treatment of 121 surgically treated patients with ventral hernia and abdominoptosis are presented. In patients with abdominal hernias and abdominoptosis, adequate preoperative preparation and the use of the recommended algorithm for choosing the hernioallo- and alloplasty method reduced the frequency of postoperative complications from 14.8% to 8.9% (p=0.045), as well as wound-related complications from 11.5%. allowed to reduce from 4.5%.
