Objective: Improving the results of determining the degree of influence of a genetically modified shade on the regulatory microflora of the colon of laboratory animals.
Methods: For this purpose, a total of 90 white non-breeding male bats participated in the study, which were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 - intact white non-breeding bats (n=30) who were on a standard vivarium diet, GM-li or GM-not soy - fed; group 2 - white non-breeding bats (n=30), which were fed soy according to the standard vivarium diet (30).
Results: Apparently, convincing changes were found in 7 out of 9 studied representatives of the colon microflora (77.78%), it is worth noting that the quantitative indicators of microorganisms changed in a different direction compared to the norm (group 1). Only the indicators associated with E. coli did not convincingly change in any of the groups. In the internal environment, quantitative indicators of Escherichia coli (lactosapositive E. coli), which form colonies of a metallic shiny fuchsin-reddish color, break down lactose to acid and gas, non-pathogenic Escherichia coli (lactosapositive E. coli) and the internal environment, which form dark, light red (or colorless) colonies that do not have the property of splitting lactose in the Giss series, they exhibit pathogenicity (Р˃0,05).
Conclusions. The results obtained fully confirmed the above points, that is, intact laboratory rats (group 1) have no signs of dysbiosis, GMO-soy-fed (group 2) have poorly developed symptoms of dysbiosis (level I), white mongrel rats fed with GMO soy, clearly show symptoms of dysbiosis (level II).
