STUDY OF CHANGES IN SOME BIOCHEMICAL INDICATORS OF BLOOD IN SIMULATION OF EXPERIMENTAL LIVER DAMAGE

Cirrhosis of the liver (LC) is a chronic disease characterized by irreversible replacement of the liver with scar connective tissue with a gradual loss of organ function, thickening, wrinkling. At the initial stage, it is almost impossible to detect the CPU. This is due to the fact that the diseases that provoke it often do not manifest themselves for many years. Only the result of a laboratory study is indicative. Small deviations are a serious reason for a full examination. This article presents the change in some biochemical parameters of blood with the proposed method of modeling experimental cirrhosis carried out on experimental animals.
