Abstract

The relevance of acute cerebrovascular pathology in children is due to its prevalence in the modern world, a high degree of disability and cognitive deficit in the future. In children with hemorrhagic type of cerebral stroke, according to the results of the stroke outcome assessment scale (PSOM-SNE), a more severe deficit in the sensorimotor, cognitive and behavioral spheres was revealed. In ischemic stroke, the deficiency was less pronounced. Assessed as moderate and more severe speech deficit with a predominance of motor and sensory aphasia was observed in HI.
