Abstract

Given the complexity and versatility of the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes, the choice of

antihyperglycemic drugs is based on the importance of a simultaneous combined effect on several links in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.  The aim of the study was to study the hypoglycemic efficacy, clinical tolerance and safety of Debistal-GM in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.  As a result of the study, high clinical efficacy, good tolerability and safety of Debistal-GM in obese type 2 diabetes were established. Inclusion criteria for the use of Debistal-GM are patients with type 2 diabetes with glycated hemoglobin values above 9%, but below 11%; with a diabetes duration of more than 5 years, with a body mass index of more than 30 kg / m 2.
