ASSESSMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR RISKS IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND SECONDARY OSTEOARTHROSIS

The aim of the study is to assess the degree of cardiovascular risk in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and secondary osteoarthritis. The increased risk of cardiovascular diseases on the SCORE scale is associated with negative dynamics of ACCP, CRP, CRP, IL-6, and this is important to take into account in clinical practice, especially in patients with secondary osteoarthritis in RA. Most ACCP positive patients who have been found to have RF and high disease activity have the highest cardiovascular risk.
