Abstract

Purpose of the study: to evaluate the safety and efficacy of early rehabilitation in the acute period of the disease using clinical and instrumental methods in patients with ischemic stroke and type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Materials and Methods: Our clinical study involved 32 patients who were treated with the diagnosis of "acute impairment of cerebral circulation ischemic type against the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus" at the branch of the Republican Scientific Medical Center Bukhara from January to December 2021, and 40 patients who were treated with the diagnosis of "acute impairment of cerebral circulation ischemic type".

Results: In patients with ischemic stroke, who on the background of diabetes mellitus maintained 15-30° in the first days of passive verticalization, 93.8% of patients were in the control group, 55% were in the control group, and after 5-7 days of the study was achieved 90° in the upright position, observed 65.6% in the formation.

Conclusions:Thus, ischemic stroke is relatively slow in the process of vertigo in patients with diabetes mellitus on the background, as well as the long-term course of orthostatic insufficiency, manifestations of various degrees of diabetic polyneuropathy and diabetic nephropathy are relatively low recovery of neurological defects on the vertigo scale and NIHSS, longer processes of early rehabilitation and reducing their effectiveness.
