ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TREATMENT OF INFERTILITY IN WOMEN WITH PCOS

The article discusses modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of infertility associated with PCOS in the context of ART methods. The authors analyze the effectiveness of intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF), emphasizing the importance of individualized stimulation protocols. Particular attention is paid to safety issues, in particular the prevention of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), and the role of metformin in preparing for ART cycles. The work is based on current recommendations from international communities (ESHRE, ASRM, NICE).
