Kidney stone disease in children is a multifactorial disease based on persistent metabolic disorders, which determine a high risk of recurrence even after successful removal of concretions. Modern minimally invasive treatment methods, including remote lithotripsy, ureterorhenoscopy, and transcutaneous nephrolithotripsy, allow for effective stone removal but do not affect the pathogenetic mechanisms of stone formation. In this regard, personalized metabolic correction-based medical rehabilitation plays a key role in reducing the frequency of recurrent stone formation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of personalized metabolic approaches in the rehabilitation of children after minimally invasive interventions for urolithiasis and to substantiate the need to integrate metabolic assessment into standard postoperative management algorithms.
