СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ТАКТИКИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ЛЕЙКОПЛАКИИ СЛИЗИСТОЙ ОБОЛОЧКИ ПОЛОСТИ РТА НА ОСНОВЕ ИММУНОГИСТОХИМИЧЕСКИХ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ

Лейкоплакия является состоянием, встречающимся на слизистой оболочке полости рта и способным приводить к атипическим изменениям клеток, что может стать причиной развития ряда серьёзных заболеваний. В данном исследовании проводится изучение клинических проявлений и морфологических особенностей заболевания, а также их сопоставление с целью разработки эффективных методов ранней и своевременной диагностики. С этой точки зрения применённый в исследовании иммуногистохимический подход является современным, научно обоснованным и ориентированным на практическое применение методом прогнозирования злокачественной трансформации при лейкоплакии полости рта.
