POSTERIOR DECOMPRESSIVE AND STABILIZING APPROACH FOR THORACIC AND LUMBAR VERTEBRAL BODY TUMORS WITH INTRACANAL EXTENSION
Keywords:
spinal tumors; posterior approach; thoracolumbar junction; decompression; stabilizationAbstract
The article presents an analysis of surgical treatment outcomes in patients with vertebral body tumors of the thoracolumbar junction with intracanal growth treated using a posterior decompressive-stabilizing approach. The approach provides effective neural decompression and reliable spinal stabilization.
