IMPROVEMENT OF OSTEOSYNTHESIS METHODS FOR DISTAL INTERCOSTAL SYNDESMOSIS RUPTURE

Today, 110-130 out of 200 thousand people worldwide suffer from traumatic injuries to the hip joint. Injuries to the bones of the ankle joint account for 4.7-12% of all intra-articular injuries.
The anatomo-physiological, biomechanical features of the ankle joint and the high sensitivity of the soft tissues of the joint to injuries significantly complicate the surgical treatment of arm fractures in severe and complex complicated injuries. Especially with fractures of the ankles and joint surfaces of the tibia, interosseous healing complicates treatment and leads to unsatisfactory results.
