FEATURES OF BACK PAIN IN MILITARY PERSONNEL SAMARKAND REGION

The article reveals the problem of dorsopathy in military personnel, the study of which showed that this is a common problem and it can negatively affect their physical readiness and ability to perform official duties.The review of articles for the last 6 years is carried out. The article presents information about the factors contributing to the development of dorsopathies, including physical exertion, improper diet and nutrition, professional activities associated with prolonged stay in one position.
