ПРОБЛЕМЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ГНОЙНО-НЕКРОТИЧЕСКОГО ФАСЦИИТА МЯГКОГО ТКАНЕЙ ПРИ САХАРНОМ ДИАБЕТЕ

Проблема гнойной инфекции у больных сахарным диабетом приобретает все большую клиническую и социальную значимость. Сахарный диабет и хирургическая инфекция образуют замкнутый круг, в котором инфекция негативно влияет на обменные процессы, усугубляя дефицит инсулина и усиливая ацидоз, а метаболические и микроциркуляторные нарушения ухудшают течение процесса заживления ран. Статистика заболеваемости сахарным диабетом растет с каждым годом. Если ситуация продолжит развиваться такими же темпами, то к 2025 году число больных сахарным диабетом удвоится. К 2030 году сахарный диабет станет 7-й по значимости причиной смерти во всем мире.
