ASSESSMENT OF STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHANGES IN PERIODONTAL TISSUES DURING PROSTHETICS WITH METAL-CERAMIC AND ZIRCONIUM DENTURES

The state of local immunity factors of the oral cavity in the oral fluid before and after prosthetics using non-removable structures made of cermet and zirconium materials was studied in 180 people aged 20-70 years and 30 practically healthy people in the comparison group of the same age. The levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, FN O-α and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 were determined and compared in oral fluid. This was well established and (directly) depended on the state of immune homeostasis (cytokine status) of the oral mucosa of the orthodontic second structure material.
