Abstract

The literature data on risk factors of development of relapses of breast cancer (BrC) with accent on locoregional relapses (LRR) were considered in this article. During primary treatment of BrC it is necessary to consider such specific features of each clinical case as the patient's age, the tumor size, the localization, the morphology, the degree of malignancy, the disease stage, and results of histochemical analysis. If BrC is recurred, then the investigation of its dissemination in organism and of biologic subtype of tumor is required for specification of the treatment scheme. The question about preference of reconstructive or organ-preserving tactics of BrC treatment is not clear. Organ-preserving operation is considered a method of rehabilitation, improvement of quality of a life at preservation of the common survival and survival without recurrent tumor. The forecast of the dissemination and of the BrC recurrent is reduced to necessity of studying of biological properties of this tumor. The problem of connection between efficiency of radical mastectomy (within the complex treatment) and risk of BrC recurrent is still not clear. It was not  regularly studied in Uzbekistan, including risk of development of locoregional recurrent tumor.
